Pitzhanger Shop Shipping and Collection FAQs

To make your online shopping experience easier, we have now introduced our Click & Collect service. From the comfort of your home our Click & Collect service allows you to shop the Pitzhanger retail range online and collect it from us; meaning you can pick up at a day, time and location that is convenient for you.

How Click & Collect works: 

Once you have received an email confirming that your order is ready for collection, simply visit the store to collect your parcel.
Please note that your parcel can only be collected within our available days and hours. Please ensure you have your order number, unique delivery code and a form of ID

How Local Delivery works: 

Our fantastic team of volunteers are helping Pitzhanger through delivering orders within the local area. This is a 2 mile radius of Pitzhanger Manor and Gallery.
